Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days to change your mind.
The deadline
The deadline is 14 days from the day you receive the goods. For orders in several shipments it runs from the last item.
Notify us before the deadline at info@reffe.dk.
Returning
Send the item back no later than 14 days after telling us. You pay the return shipping.
The item must be returned in the condition received. You are liable for any reduction in value beyond handling needed to establish its properties.
Made-to-measure
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items cut or produced to your own measurements and specifications.
Refund
We refund the purchase price and the cheapest standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of return shipment.
