Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout.
Your card is charged when the order ships. We reserve the right to cancel orders with obvious pricing or typing errors.
Delivery
We deliver in Denmark. Delivery time and shipping cost are shown at checkout and on the delivery page.
Complaints
Danish law gives you 24 months to claim manufacturing and material defects. Contact us with your order number and photos.
The right of complaint does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, modification of the product or normal wear.
Dispute resolution
Complaints can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via kpo.naevneneshus.dk, or through the EU online dispute platform.
