Acoustic panels combine real wood veneer slats with a recycled PET felt backing. The slats diffuse sound and the felt absorbs it, noticeably reducing echo.
- How are acoustic panels installed?
- Screw them through the felt into the wall or ceiling, or use construction adhesive. See our installation guide.
- Can the panels be cut?
- Yes. Apply masking tape over the slats on the front at the cut point, cross-cut from the back with a fine-tooth blade and lightly sand the cut edge. Cut the felt with a utility knife in the groove between two slats.
